This is a short masterclass delivered by Dr Beth Morgan, an organisation change and design expert with over 25 years industry experience. The course will give you:
- An understanding of the internal and external factors that drive organizational change.
- An appreciation of the meaning of radical, incremental and continuous change.
- Knowledge of frameworks that allow us to understand the nature of change and suitable approaches to managing it.
- Broad understanding of the process of managing change.
This course on organisational change is one of three modules on organizational behaviour. Units 1 and 2 look at organizational design, Units 3 and 4 look at organizational culture and Units 5 and 6 (which you are studying now) look at Organizational change. The course can be studied alone or with the other units in this module on organizational behaviour (Units 1 and 2) and on organizational culture (Units 3 and 4). There are quizzes at the end of each unit are designed to consolidate your learning. In each quiz, you are also asked to relate the learning presented to your own professional experiences.
