This two day training course will help individuals understand the significance of the responsibilities of a team leader and how teamwork includes building relationships. So, whether you are looking to become a Team Leader or new in a Team leading role this is course is perfect for you to build your foundation on how to lead, motivate, and drive your team forward to deliver results.
What will I learn? You will…
- Learn and understand your own communication style and the communication style of others to be able to work, delegate and manage better.
- Identify the best way to delegate tasks, and how as a leader you may have to dial up or dial down levels of agility.
- How to manage sensitives of over performance or under performance as a leader with practical examples and identify solutions for them.
- Identify routes to achieve the best out of your team, and how to motivate them.
- The importance of clear objective setting and assigning action plans, and much more.
At the end of day two of the training course there will be a short multiple choice test, which will consist of 20 questions. On successful passing the short test, you will receive a certificate of attendance and qualify for 12 hours CPD.
