The two-day training course is designed to enable delegates to develop knowledge and understanding of using leadership and management skills to ensure safety, quality requirements, and appropriate standards of behaviour are met when delivering projects and work plans as required by a practicing or potential team leader or site supervisor. This course will enable you to develop deep insights, skills, and styles to influence and inspire others and drive performance in your organisation. Be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence you need to step up.
The course at a high level will cover:
- Explain the roles and responsibilities of a site supervisor or team leader
- Discuss the differences between leadership and management and the relationship between the two
- Master quality management on site management
- Explain the importance of health and safety in site management
At the end of day two candidates will undertake a short multiple choice question paper. Upon successful completion of the course and passing the short test delegates will receive a CPD certificate.
