• Explain the roles and responsibilities of a site supervisor or team leader
• Discuss the differences between leadership and management and the relationship between the two
• Master quality management on site management
• Explain the importance of health and safety in site management

At the end of day two candidates will undertake a short multiple choice question paper. Upon successful completion of the course and passing the short test delegates will receive a CPD certificate.
