This programme is designed to give insight and help those in roles other than sales understand how sales are key to an organisation’s success and how we all have a part to play in marketing and selling the companies we work for.

At the end of the two-day programme participants will:

Have an in-depth understanding of selling from making the appointment to understanding the issues to closing the business.
Be able to build value by asking better, deeper, wider questions.
How to engage with different mindsets
Know how to differentiate their proposition and sell against competition.
Understand how to build trust and relationships.
Be able to use tools and models to help give direction
Understand performance metrics and data management
Examine sales challenges, use of the sales funnel, customer retention and acquisition.

At the end of day two there will be a short interview with the trainer of the course and the delegate.  Using a scoring matrix delegates will leave the course and interview with the tools to help them and their company excel in their interactions.

Who is this course for?

This course is aimed at those in administrative, accounting, and customer-facing roles, who need to be able to promote/sell the brand, products, or services.  Employees are brand ambassadors and it is paramount they understand the 3 W’s – Who, What and Why? This course is grounded in practical strategies and real-world scenarios that will allow you to motivate others, establish challenging goals, and develop the skills through effective sales coaching and performance improvement.
