Delivered online by one of our expert trainers, our trainer will take you through this two-day training course is designed to enable delegates to develop knowledge and understanding of using leadership and management skills to ensure safety, quality requirements, and appropriate standards of behaviour are met when delivering projects and work plans as required by a practicing or potential team leader, site manager or site supervisor. This course will enable you to develop deep insights, people management skills, and styles to influence and inspire others, as well as drive performance in your organisation. Delegates will leave this course equipped with the knowledge, tools, and confidence you need them to do.

The course at a high level will cover:

• The roles and responsibilities of a site supervisor or team leader.
• The differences between leadership and management and the relationship between the two.
• Understanding and mastering key communication styles.
• Leading a professional workforce.
• Mental Health and Wellbeing.
• Quality management on and off site management the importance of health and safety.
• Self reflection = designing your action plan

At the end of day two candidates will undertake a short multiple-choice question test paper. Upon successful completion of the course and passing the short test delegates will receive a CPD certificate.
